Return & Refund Policy

1. Booking Guidelines

We recommend confirming your booking at least 7–10 days before your event date to ensure availability. While we try our best to accommodate urgent requests, last-minute bookings (up to 12 hours prior) are accepted only if slots are open. For urgent bookings, please contact us directly.

2. Cancellation Terms

  • Within 24 hours of the event: No refund will be issued.
  • 24–72 hours before the event: Cancellation fee of ₹1000 or 50% of the booking amount (whichever is lower).
  • 3–7 days before the event: Fixed cancellation charge of ₹500.
  • 7 days or more: No cancellation fee applicable.

In case of unexpected situations such as weather issues or unavoidable circumstances, we only allow rescheduling. Items like cakes, flowers, or other perishable products are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-reschedulable.

Bookings made for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day (13th & 14th February), Christmas (25th December), New Year’s Eve (31st December), or similar peak dates are non-cancellable due to high demand and pre-arranged packages.

For Room Decoration Packages or Candle Light Packages, the full booking amount will be non-refundable in case of cancellation.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Less than 24 hours: Rescheduling may be allowed only in exceptional cases.
  • 24 hours to 3 days: Free rescheduling.
  • More than 3 days: Free rescheduling.

Rescheduling is not permitted for bookings made on special event dates mentioned above.

4. Additional Information

  • Cake and bouquet orders cannot be cancelled on the same day of delivery.
  • For hotel-based experiences, guests must be 18+ and limited to a maximum of two persons per room.

5. Working Hours

Our operating hours are Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We remain closed on Thursdays.
